July 23.

We will bring your student to you. They will be tired
due to all the fun activities they have experienced during the day. They will be ready for
something to eat and a good nights sleep. Please be sure to take some family pictures with
them to send to us at 301-351-4026. Do at least 5 and a short video and please send them to us
by 10:00 pm. Let the students get a chance to know who you are and to introduce themselves.

July 30.

Summit will pick up your student again. Remember breakfast and a sack lunch to send with them.

Before they leave, take lots of pictures and videos to send to 301-351-4026.

​

We will arrive for them between 9:00 and 10:00 am. Today, we will take them to Phillip Foster Farms and you can expect them home for dinner by 5:00 to 6:00 pm.

July 26-28. 

​We will come to pick up your student. Please have them ready by 7:30 am, pick ups will start then.
 

Please take a few pictures before they leave and send them to 301-351-4026.
 

Please make sure they bring changes of clothes for three days and a swimsuit.

​​

Also please feed them breakfast and send them with lunch and snacks. We will take lots of pictures while they are with us so you won’t miss seeing all the fun! They will camp with us this night.

​

Your students will return to you on July 28, ready for dinner and rest! Around 7:00 pm.

​

Be sure to ask them if they need to do laundry. They will spend the night with you.

​

July 31.  

We will pick up your student around 7:00. Today they will go caving! Have
them dress in jeans or some kind of long pants, no shorts, and to bring a sweater, jacket, or sweatshirt.

​

Be sure to give them a hearty breakfast and a sack lunch with snacks to go.

​

Don’t worry, this is the last of the field trips and you can relax with your family and students. Your
students should be back between 6:00 to 7:30 pm depending on how long it takes them to go through the caves. They will be ready for dinner and rest.

July 29.

We will come for your student between 9:00 and 10:00 am. Please feed them breakfast and send them with a lunch and snacks.

And don’t forget to take lots of pictures with
them before they leave and send them to 301-351-4026. They will want to remember the
wonderful time they had with your family!

​

We will go on a special field trip to OMSI! They will have a great time! We will call before we start for your home. These trips are dependent upon
the programs at OMSI and may be early or later. When we are on our way home, we will give you a call or text, whichever you prefer. And never fear, we will take lots of pictures and videos.

August 9.

It is time to say good bye! This is a happy and sad time. Happy because we are going to give a big party for everyone! And sad because you will miss your students very
much. Hopefully, you have all gotten to know each other very well and have become a part of a family with each other.
 

Arrive anytime after 11:00 to an area park that we will announce. Come prepared to share something about your family, your experience with your student, or your
particular culture.
 

We will have games, food, drinks, and lots of fun! Invite the whole family, please rsvp with the number you are bringing so we are prepared!
 

And be sure that your student is fully packed with all of his things because this is their last day with you.
